Today, my random selection is another flavor from the Garner Greenhouse called Ethiopian Harrar. It is an organic single origin medium roast. Harrar is a wild and natural coffee with aromas ranging from exotic tea leaves to fresh pungent chocolate spice.
It’s mild like the Columbian but there’s a finish to it. Smoother, perhaps a higher quality? I’m not sure it pairs with sugar very well. That “smooth” finish doesn’t play well with the sweet of the sugar. Milk doesn’t change it much. Milk and sugar just doesn’t help it. It’s not bad, but in my opinion you are better off drinking this one black, and enjoying it.
